I have come to the temporary conclusion recently that I am a concept, the momentary convergence of patterns, in which the universe discovered to observe itself.

With this, come the concepts of relief and freedom, and excitement. Followed by the concept of anxiety, that the discovery of a concept is impermanent, unless successfully shared.

what this is

ghostsinthemachine is a journal of endeavours in filmmaking and software — mostly the crossover between the two. Expect casual entries on the highs and lows of building things: dev logs, film work, experiments, and the occasional photograph along the way. Some posts are rough working notes; a few get shaped into something more considered.
